Thermal Scanner installed at Jaipur station on 26.06.20, specs, and make finalised in consultation with MNIT/Jp. It can scan the temperature of 10-12 passengers in free-flow movement through 2 doors simultaneously. Additional inbuilt features of this camera can be utilised after COVID-19 without any change in software or additional cost for other purposes such as recording staff attendance & for security purpose on stations (identifying wanted criminals by feeding details in the software).
